User friendly, contact with humans.

It is so refreshing and a huge relief to have accessible human communication. For a telephone call or other contact to be responded to promptly by an efficient, friendly person is a pleasant experience, in contrast to the stressful situations we are often subjected to. I phoned Family Building Society today, late afternoon, and got through straightaway and was answered by Mia who was really helpful and answered my query so that I am now aware of the procedure. "The Helpful Building Soc."
