Excellent efficiency.

I requested closure of one of my accounts by letter. This was carried out in a most efficient timeframe so much so that I was most surprised to find the closing balance in my Bank account the day after I posted my request. Contact with staff in branch and by telephone has always been civil, professional and helpful. There always appears to be a desire to genuinely offer accurate answers to a range of questions in an efficient manner. No long waiting time for a phone call to be answered, this is appreciated.
