The staff both in branch and on the telepohne are ve...

The staff both in branch and on the telepohne are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It would however, be a great advantage to be able to see your password as you type it so that you could spot errors and rectify them. It can be time consuming if you have made an error e.g. typed a capital letter by mistake but you do not know what the error is. The savings rates are however very competitive and hard to beat! Discussed renewal of Savings account.
