The staff both in branch and on the telepohne are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It would however, be a great advantage to be able to see your password as you type it so that you could spot errors and rectify them. It can be time consuming if you have made an error e.g. typed a capital letter by mistake but you do not know what the error is. The savings rates are however very competitive and hard to beat! The staff in the branch are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable - they know their products and are very helpful.If you need to ring up head office, they are very helpful and efficient. What more do you want! Reviewed on: 11th November 2024
