Matured Bond

Encouraged to use online service. Used the service to give bond maturity instructions. Received an email confirming receipt. Maturity date came and went and nothing happened. Eventually spoke to a human who said that they hadn’t received instructions!! Assured me that it would be dealt with immediately. Nothing happened!! Sent two emails today and got an automated reply to say they were very busy!! Still awaiting return of my investment. I was initially going to re-invest but have lost all confidence in this institution - very unimpressed! Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

Spoke with Lisa Adams when I needed to transfer funds, as always it was quick and easy to do. Lisa was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Note: Usually they answer the phone quickly, today not so and I eventually opted for a call back, which was ok, except it was then too late for the funds to credited to my bank a/c that day, which being a Thursday means they might not be there until Monday! Hopefully this will not lead to being overdrawn. So, please could there be more people to answer phones in future (It's not usually a problem) Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

Outstanding, Patient Support from Dyllan Wright

From the moment I first got in touch, Dyllan Wright was outstanding. He was warm, courteous and patient, taking time to understand my situation and explain every option in plain English. Throughout the process he kept me updated, checked I was comfortable with each step, and made what could have been complicated feel straightforward.
