Stolen credit card

Recently had my credit card stolen and transactions spent on my card. The lady I spoke to to was incredibly kind and reassuring, understanding my worries and concerns as I couldn't afford to be landed with charges I hadn't made. She immediately froze the card and assured me I wouldn't be charged anything while they investigated the theft. She even passed on the times and places of the transactions so I could pass this on to the police. A really stressful experience made a little easier. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024

you have always been helpful to me even when i lost my job and couldnt pay what you were asking, you set up a cheap payment plan which helped me, and you were good to let me have a credit card because i had a low credit score and couldnt get a credit card, so thank you. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024
