My experience with Vanquis has been excellent.

My experience with Vanquis has been excellent. The onboarding process was straightforward. I received my card promptly without delay. The customer service team is quick to respond and very helpful, and the mobile app is user-friendly and convenient for my account management. I’m also impressed with the reasonable interest rates. My previous partner left me in alot of debt so I took out a Vanquis credit card to assist me slowly to get my debt paid off. This was several years ago. My credit rating was utterly appalling but because of Vanquis my credit rating is now 1000%!!!!!!!! Seems hard to believe but it is real!!!! Received no support and lied to over and over ahain

I had my account hacked. That was 4 weeks ago, I still don’t have a replacement card and the fraudulent transactions were only refunded yesterday. The customer service at Vanquis is disgusting. I received no help, no support and was lied to on every call, from agents telling me my card had been blocked, to telling me a new card has been sent out, to telling me the fraud team were looking into the transactions….lied to consistently. I will never use Vanquis again and I would recommend that no one uses them as if your account is hacked, you will not receive even a satisfactory level of service from customer services. Vanquis The Card That Say No !!

One month ago I received an email from Vanquis offering a credit limit increase from £1000 to £1800. So after sending all pay payslips and salary increase as from April, it then took them 1 month to then send me a txt message to say that they have declined my increase they will review in many years time! Why offer me an increase then decline me I’m on a good salary and bring home £2700 a month then they say no ! I’ve been a customer for 5 yrs never missed a payment often payed it off in full but no thats not good enough for Vanquis ! I’m dissatisfied with Vanquis it’s a disgrace and disgraceful to how they treat loyal customers ! Why offer when they have decided to say no before you even send them the info ! Vanquis is playing us and they are lieing to us ! They don’t want to offer any limit increase to no one ! Joke of a provider ! Vanquis your fired ! Reviewed on: 1st April 2025
