I got a credit card to improve my credit score.

I got a credit card to improve my credit score. Then Covid hit, which unfortunately meant I maxed out my card as this was my only access to money. I’m still paying it off, the interest was insane for the amount I borrowed and there was no break. Then Covid hit customer service was a nightmare, I feel like they hire sales people rather than customer service. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Very easy to set up, easy to breakdown spending and saving etc. user friendly app, quick response on raising issues especially those linked to fraud. Great that you can open different pots and have a fantastic tiered system for more delux options. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Customer service is always fantastic, difficult to get through on the phone sometimes but I guess that’s a testament to how good they are - loads of people use them. Online platform is really easy to use, only thing I can suggest is maybe getting an app. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
