I've been with Zopa for a few years now and I'm super impressed with how quick they sorted my loan out how quick the money went into my account and how good the repayments are to my purse very good rates too suit everyone's pockets thank you and customer service call handlers are professional and polite everytime thanks again Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

I have had 2 loans from Zopa now, and both have been supremely easy to apply for and set up online, and when i needed any clarifications on anything i needed, the customer service team have been first class, and i have nothing but praise for Zopa's overall service and customer experience.
