I have borrowed with ZOPA twice now and both times the process has been a good experience. The online application process was quick and simple and the decision was made quickly and finances transferred to me quickly too. In comparison to other lenders that I looked at, Zopa came across as much more transparent and didn't hike up the APR rate as soon as you submitted your details like others do. The process was straightforward and it was clear what I was signing up to. Customer service was quick and the operator was friendly and helpful, and the money arrived quickly into my account so that I could buy my new car quickly when needed. I already had a Zopa loan but needed to replace the family car. I found it very easy to arrange to borrow enough to clear the original loan and get the car my wife really wanted. Always Know Where You Stand

Loan was very simple & money in with no issues but what I like is that you can always see where you stand. Even showing you your settlement or what difference to your payments paying a bigger payment would make. No having to call to get a settlement that will then be sent in the post. Great company. Simple and quick personal loan

When looking for a personal loan online you often see the promotional rates to draw you in but very rarely get them. With Zopa the advertised rate was the rate I received and the fact that the whole application could be completed online, including identity and income confirmation , made the process incredibly easy. The whole process to 3 days to complete and the money was in my bank 2 days later. I have already told friends about Zopa and have no hesitation in recommending their service.
