Great, speedy service

In comparison to other lenders that I looked at, Zopa came across as much more transparent and didn't hike up the APR rate as soon as you submitted your details like others do. The process was straightforward and it was clear what I was signing up to. Customer service was quick and the operator was friendly and helpful, and the money arrived quickly into my account so that I could buy my new car quickly when needed.
