Customer service excellent, ability to create up to...

Customer service excellent, ability to create up to 20 accounts under one sub account heading it's very useful. Virtual card also very useful. Media access to services, once application approved. Drawbacks are inability to pay cash in to a savings or a current account, which is being addressed later on the in the year Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Disappointed

I’ve been a Chase customer for a while, but their products have become ridiculously expensive with fees creeping in everywhere. What’s worse, their customer support is going downhill every single day—long wait times, unhelpful reps, and zero accountability. It feels like they care more about squeezing money out of customers than actually providing good service. Disappointed. Reviewed on: 14th February 2025

The smartphone app is intuitive to use and has very little downtime compared to other banks. The round-up and cashback features are nice perks. An auto top-up feature for moving money between savings and current accounts would be a nice addition to the service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
