I would recommend to my friends if the queues were quicker and shorter. The lenght of time we are waiting to be seen is ridiculus. People are handing in paperwork whilst a lot of us are just wanting to withdraw money. The staff work their socks off, i feel for them! Reviewed on: 21st February 2021

We are following Coronavirus guidelines closely and are only able to allow a certain number of people in our branches at any one time. We have now extended our opening hours to Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm which should minimise any queues going forwards. Thanks Response date: 19th April 2021

Decent regular saver, some old fashioned processes

As above. Nice this account is not restricted to only the local Dudley area. Shame it still comes with an old fashioned passbook, good that can access it via online bank instead though. Had to ask for link to leave online feedback - only provided with a hard copy feedback form and offer to leave feedback is not obvious on Dudley website. Reviewed on: 13th February 2021

Fast and polite service

Opened a savings account by post, everything processed quickly and then had a follow up call from a member of staff to welcome me to the building society. Very pleased with the service so far. Reviewed on: 12th February 2021
