I recently opened an account with the Dudley Building Society and setting the account up was very simple. I was then contacted by a representative of the Society to confirm some final details and the agent was friendly, helpful and very professional. Top marks. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

We are following Coronavirus guidelines closely and are only able to allow a certain number of people in our branches at any one time. We have now extended our opening hours to Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm which should minimise any queues going forwards. Thanks. Response date: 19th April 2021
