In these difficult times it is good that the Dudley continues to offer regular savers with a reasonable rate. In addition it is now possible to operate contracts online. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021

Decent regular saver, some old fashioned processes

As above. Nice this account is not restricted to only the local Dudley area. Shame it still comes with an old fashioned passbook, good that can access it via online bank instead though. Had to ask for link to leave online feedback - only provided with a hard copy feedback form and offer to leave feedback is not obvious on Dudley website. Reviewed on: 13th February 2021

Easy to set up, but communication could be better. As the message system prompts the selection of the account it refers to one does not expect someone to ask what account it relates to when that has already been indicated Reviewed on: 13th February 2021

Fast and polite service

Opened a savings account by post, everything processed quickly and then had a follow up call from a member of staff to welcome me to the building society. Very pleased with the service so far. Reviewed on: 12th February 2021

Excellent Customer Service

I have been a customer of the Dudley Building Society for a number of years now. I find their customer service excellent. I recently contacted them by phone about an annual interest summary I needed for HMRC, and they were so helpful, and provided the details very promptly. They have recently launched an online service which looks really good too. Reviewed on: 12th February 2021
