Excellent Customer Service

I have been a customer of the Dudley Building Society for a number of years now. I find their customer service excellent. I recently contacted them by phone about an annual interest summary I needed for HMRC, and they were so helpful, and provided the details very promptly. They have recently launched an online service which looks really good too. Reviewed on: 12th February 2021

friendly helpful telephone service

lovely lady helpful efficient and I didn't have to hang on the line to be answered unlike hsbc with its useless new voice service answered all my queries quickly and fully well done Reviewed on: 11th February 2021

Great service / great interest rate

Myself and my wife opened a regular saver, via the post - the Dudley had a couple of questions for me and my wife, no problem they called us, sort out the queries immediately (I put my DoB as 2020 by mistake), we have since had great service from the Dudley team Reviewed on: 9th February 2021
