Reply from Dudley Building Society Hi, thanks for your review. We apologise for any inconvenience you experienced when visiting our branch. We are following Coronavirus guidelines closely and are only able to allow a certain number of people in our branches at any one time. We have now extended our opening hours to Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm which should minimise any queues going forwards. Thanks. Response date: 19th April 2021
