Great Customer Service, just as it should be.

Posted an application to open a savings account with DBS on the Wed. Very helpful and friendly lady named Tracy Romney telephoned me Friday AM, answered all my queries and opened the account for me. Start to finish 10/10. Had a query the next day, telephoned the Gornal Wood branch and another very helpful and pleasant Advisor answered my questions. Had another query on the following Monday and a very nice Advisor named Suki at head office sorted me out to my complete satisfaction. Overall very impressed with all the service I received from DBS, well done and thank you. Sam Warwick. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2021
