I would like to highly commend the excellent customer service provided by Michelle at the Broughton Astley branch. She was incredibly helpful and her knowledge of the different savings accounts was exceptional. She explained everything so clearly and simply, making it very easy for me to understand the options available. Her professionalism and friendly approach made for a fantastic customer experience. Decided to stay with Hinckley & Rugby

Rather than transfer out the matured funds to another bank or building society, we decided to stay with this building society. Excellent friendly service from Marie, Rita and Mandy at the Wigston Branch. It was pleasant to pop in to see them. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

I was promptly offered a seat when I told counter staff what I was looking for. Liam listened carefully to my situation and offered the right account for my circumstances.
