Supporting the next generation of savers

I visited the Castle Street branch to open a savings account for my young son. The account was opened within 15 minutes and my passbook arrived within 48 hours. Excellent! Better still, when I returned with my son, and the contents of his piggy bank, the Branch Manager introduced herself to him, explained about how the Society would pay him money for having his account with Hinckley & Rugby (which was very exciting for him!), and gave him some money bags for him to use for future visits to the branch. Easy to open

Went to open an account for my grand draughter it was so easy nothing was to much trouble, every thing explained and easy to understand Reviewed on: 21st August 2022

Very satisfied

I visited the Coalville branch with a view to investing a pension lump sum. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable & professional & gave me thorough information on what was available. I left feeling relieved that I had moved my money into a good account. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Superb service

We popped into the Hinckley Branch to enquire about opening a savings account. The staff were so informative and helpful. The savings options available were explained so we could choose what suited our needs. We opened an account. Great service, lovely helpful staff. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Friendly and so easy to work with

The help to make seamless the process of closing an account on the death of my father and opening a new one for my mother was outstanding. Rita Hawkins in particular was extremely helpful throughout.
