Always been a good bank, poor customer service though

So helpful and supportive

I unfortunately fell victim to a spam and Monzo were so supportive and helpful. The customer services I received was incredible and I for a job work within customer experience so I know when I'm being fobbed off. I can't thank your team enough. Love the Monzo app and its interface, super user friendly UI and ease of use. Great for moving money around and splitting bills with friends and family.
