Flex is very useful

I like having the "flexibility" of flex in my banking app. It's always easy to understand and quick to load. Just got a physical card which pretty much makes it my credit card replacement now as well. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023

Seems to be heading in the right direction again

After a few years of weird tests and shoving adverts down your throat it's nice to see Monzo settling into a faster release cycle and focussing on the little niggles that annoy. Keep it up Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023

Support has definitely got worse but the app is improved

I've used Monzo for years now as my main current account. Mortgage paid out of it, couple of house moves no problem. The app regularly gets updates and looks modern and clean. Support is hit and miss. It's not live chat, more like an internal email that you wait for. Canned responses and transfers to different departments ruin the support experience. Luckily things very rarely go wrong to contact support in the first place Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Been with Monzo for years.
