So helpful and supportive

I unfortunately fell victim to a spam and Monzo were so supportive and helpful. The customer services I received was incredible and I for a job work within customer experience so I know when I'm being fobbed off. I can't thank your team enough. Also I find banking in a daily so simple, easy and effective. The round ups really do pay up. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
