No better choice

Customer service is always excellent. Never sat waiting on the end of a phone for long if we have to call. Most things can be done online & or via the app. Happy in the knowledge they are sensible lenders & wont let you over commit & always have plenty of options to consider. The flexibility of the product is good in terms of over payments, payment holidays etc. the only disappointing aspect is over payments can no longer be borrowed back in a lump some, which was a great feature on some of their previous products. Dissatisfied with Branch service

I’ll keep it short. Have been with Nationwide for years: ISAs, Mortgages and accounts. After several attempts to talk to someone from the Kilmarnock or Irvine branched I gave up. Have subsequently moved to another another ended. Their loss, I also found some staff old fashioned in their values and views. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Unbelievably easy process. Information on website very clear and easy to understand. A choice of products all at very competitive rates and application was very straightforward. Just a few clicks and I had a great new mortgage deal. Reviewed on: 30th November 2019

Been with Nationwide for over 10 years now. Always helpful whenever I call in regards to overpayment and rates. Once I was given the wrong info and charged for overpayent but this was refunded straight away with an apology. Great advice on the phone regarding mortgage renewing online as well and was given £100 for doing it online. Reviewed on: 26th November 2019
