No better choice

Customer service is always excellent. Never sat waiting on the end of a phone for long if we have to call. Most things can be done online & or via the app. Happy in the knowledge they are sensible lenders & wont let you over commit & always have plenty of options to consider. The flexibility of the product is good in terms of over payments, payment holidays etc. the only disappointing aspect is over payments can no longer be borrowed back in a lump some, which was a great feature on some of their previous products. All Round Excellence

The information and guidance before opening the account was excellent, easy to understand & thorough. Opening the account was very easy & operating it through the app is brilliant. I feel like I am kept really up to date with movements in the markets and receive a clear explanation to the changes that are being made to the investment and why clearly & concisely but without being overly bombarded with information. Making changes, adding funds, allowing access for other contributors is really easy too. I am currently looking at other suitable products for myself & wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.
