Great Value and Servcie

Very reasonable rates and paid out straight away with no fuss. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Great customer service

Had a good premium from them last year, good value for money. This year it was more expensive and I did find cheaper elsewhere. The Tesco policy was on auto-renewal which I hadn’t realised so a payment came out after I thought the policy had ended. I rang their customer services and they rectified it for me straight away, cancelling the policy and arranging a refund. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE!! I cannot put into words how awful they are, will do anything to get out of paying a claim. Moved from many pets who were amazing as Tesco policy sounded great, silly of me as they were defo too good to be true! Will not pay out for a one off urinary incontinence incident where tests came back normal, due to her having a similar incident beforehand saying they are related. How can they be related when there has been no ongoing treatments or vet visits between these periods? She has no ongoing illness’ touch wood. Can’t wait to leave these and move back to many pets. I used to work for Tesco bank so stupidly did not bother to read reviews, please do not make the same mistake I did and read the reviews before you take out a policy with these jokers. Pay out Swindlers!

All the 1 star reviews are absolutely spot on! This company will dig and dig to find absolutely anything to reject your claim and keep your premiums. Whether your vet and all evidence proves the contrary. You pay them only to be made out to be a liar when you want to claim. Will be taking them to ombudsman. Despicable service. Had a renewal of over £10 more a month went on compa...

Had a renewal of over £10 more a month went on comparison sites found cheaper than I pay now with them. They wouldn’t match then tried scare tactics stating my pet wouldn’t be insured for 14 days when she’s covered with them until the 28th. Terrible service Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Very disappointed and no empathy

Took our 15 year old yorkie (bob) to vets as he was urinating more,loosing weight and dry skin he had bloods taken, indicating little change in his liver so the vet wanted to scan him incase there was any hidden abnormalities. Bottom line is tesco will not cover him for treatment due to seizers that has had 3 times last year they said it was PRE existing illness connects to the liver.
