My dog had an eye ulcer and a few months later the same again. On both occasions how to claim was explained made easy by their excellent customer service. I was immediately sent a claim form which was easy to complete and the claim instructions straight forward. My monthly premiums were £19 a month. My excess of £60 was minimal compared to the treatment cost which was over £900. On both occasions, after getting the vet to complete his part of the form, my claim was settled within a couple of weeks and accompanied by another form to claim for further treatment. I would highly recommend Tesco Pet Insurance for the efficient and worry free way that my claim was settled. Reviewed on: 8th October 2016
