Great service

Heartbreaking

Will demand payment for the month after your pet has died. Happened two years ago with our collie and this year when our terrier passed away. Suffice to say it was not a pleasant experience to go through and I would not wish it on anyone. Reviewed on: 9th May 2018

No hassle when claiming

My cat is undergoing treatment for a kidney problem. Tesco have been very good in explaining what cover I have for my pet & the vet puts in the claim for me after I have paid, so it is hassle free. Reviewed on: 4th April 2018

Flawless Service

My dog was poisoned and ended up in a veterinary hospital for 6 days. It was touch and go whether she would make it and it was such a relief to be able to give Tesco Pet Insurance the go ahead to liaise directly with the vets regarding the claim, and the whole claim was paid without a quibble once she was discharged. Equally as good as other leading pet insurers, for a much cheaper premium. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Very simple policy & great value

We were with another leading pet insurance company for our 2 cats. One became ill & we assumed any treatment would be covered. The insurance company were a nightmare & to cut a long story short, we weren't covered & it cost us a lot of money. Fast forward a couple of years & we'd moved to Tesco. One of our cats had an accident & we had absolutely no issues with Tesco whatsoever. They were great & a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 8th September 2017

Good value comprehensive insurance

We haven't had need to claim on this yet (thankfully!) but we're impressed by the level of cover compared to much more expensive products. It was also quick and easy to buy online and the documents arrived quickly. Reviewed on: 15th July 2017

Great value
