Consistently great service

Whenever i have to deal with Halifax they are excellent. From setting up a new rewards account in minutes to setting up Apple pay on my phone. I highly recommend them as they have great customer service. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Not great service

I had my card stolen and cancelled it right away except the thief was still able to spend £80 contactlessly which I couldn’t get back. Another time I called customer service to ask them if I could complete an action in the branch before going all the way there which I was told I could, but when I got there was informed I couldn’t and that the customer care ‘don’t know what they’re talking about’... Not good service

Trying to do anything with Natwest is often quite difficult, and when I had my card stolen I cancelled within 15 minutes and they still managed to spend £80 contactlessly which I did not get back. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018
