First Direct First In Class

I’ve been with first direct for nearly 20 years now and wouldn’t change. I do most of my major domestic banking and bills via first direct and it’s easy to manage. The app is easy to use and their customer service team are first class, This makes all the difference, speaking to a UK based team when you need to. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

I’ve been with Revolut for over five years now, and find my account and benefits really good. It’s flexible for travel and easy to use. It would be good to speak with customer services easier than the current chat system, but that would only be on the rare occasion. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024
