Switching my mortgage.

I telephoned to arrange my mortgage switch and the agent couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the working of the associated savings account, which I'd never come across before. She also explained that the cashback offer, which I'd seen online, applied to re-mortgaging, rather than switching. I was then informed about what would happen next. Excellent service! Helpful Operator

Called FBS re changes to the BoE base rate and whether the last one in November 24 had been passed on. The operative I spoke to was very helpful, confirmed this is happening 20th Feb 25 and then spent time answering related questions for me. Reviewed on: 10th January 2025

Louise the New business representative was very helpful and supportive throughout my application. There wasn't the need to book a time slot to speak to her or her team, I could call at a time that was convenient for me.
