Terrible company

Got a quote online for £555 phoned up to ask for someone to go through the quote due to poor reviews on here, they came back with £1200 rising to £1600 with interest, I told them about the £555 quote they had given online and gave the reference number they said they can do that price but it was not available to pay anually, only available for a monthly payment with a 21% interest charge of £200!!! How can you offer a service for a price but demand to give credit at a rate of 21% that isn't wanted or needed ??? Asked to speak to customer service, told if you don't like it go somewhere else !! worth my money

My van broke down during the pandemic and had to purchase a new van the sales prices now a days are extremely pricey thank heavens for van line direct who helped me get a very cheap price for what I thought was going to throw me in the deep end of my pocket. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021
