I have found Vanquis customer service to be excellent as far as queries, preventing fraud and loan offers to go. Having a Vanquis credit builder card has helped me greatly and as my credit has grown, so has my limit. I am sent friendly payment reminders and one the one occasion a fraudulent transaction was able to get through (in 5 years!), Vanquis was able to make the appropriate enquiries to ensure this transaction was investigated properly Reviewed on: 7th May 2024
