Fair play with a few caveats

Simple and straightforward to set up a loan. If you over pay and want to renegotiate your rate or adjust your loan schedule you will incur fees which feels unnecessary as everything else with regard to a loan seems fair and well priced. It's very easy to service and manage your loan via the website, however if you make an over payment it tends to tie up the loan account for a number of days or until the next payment schedule which seems like an unnecessary delay if you want to see your new loan balance. Not having a great credit history I was pleasantly surprised to be offered such a low rate for the loan I required - single figures compared to others on the market that were double figures. The online application process was quick and easy to navigate and the decision was made within minutes. The money was in my account within 3 working days. I couldn't be happier with Zopa.
