Super smooth service.

The entire process from start to finish was very simple. Once I'd created my log on I was able to upload the required documents and information from my phone or laptop and was prompted every step of the way by very clear emails with links that took me direct to my loan application. The entire process took just a few days and the rate I received on my loan was by far better than the bank I have been with for decades! Everything was clearly explained including the legal stuff and this helped me apply with confidence. Speedy and hassle free

As someone who's never really had a great credit score, due to a few immature financial blips in my teenage years, I found Zopa to be incredibly easy, and fuss free. Not to mention fast. We had just bought our first home, and needed some extra funds to pay for furniture etc. I looked on Money Saving Expert, which highlighted Zopa as the best option for me. Within 3 days I had been approved for my loan and had the money waiting in my account. We found this experience so good that relatives and friends have both taken out loans with Zopa since!
