Ive been with zopa for nearly 2 years now. Ive had no issues and im very happy that the rate i was offered and accepted was the best avaliable at the time of looking. I love the p2p lending ideal/safety that the company gives. Helpful call centre staff. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Super smooth service.

The entire process from start to finish was very simple. Once I'd created my log on I was able to upload the required documents and information from my phone or laptop and was prompted every step of the way by very clear emails with links that took me direct to my loan application. The entire process took just a few days and the rate I received on my loan was by far better than the bank I have been with for decades! Everything was clearly explained including the legal stuff and this helped me apply with confidence.
