Super smooth service.

The entire process from start to finish was very simple. Once I'd created my log on I was able to upload the required documents and information from my phone or laptop and was prompted every step of the way by very clear emails with links that took me direct to my loan application. The entire process took just a few days and the rate I received on my loan was by far better than the bank I have been with for decades! Everything was clearly explained including the legal stuff and this helped me apply with confidence. Very impressed with the service and very pleased I discovered Zopa, certain that there is nothing on the high street that will top this! Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
