Whilst there is no cause for complaint as such I find the app and online banking to be a bit lacking in the user friendliness dept. I want to give descriptions to my accounts so they're more easily identifiable but it seems that HSBC don't offer this feature. I found this out after a painful live chat with what I presume was a robot or someone with a poor grasp of the English language. I'll bide my time and jump ship when the time is right. App doesnt do anything

App only allows you to view details, not change anything. Online banking times out if you try and do more than one thing. Although that must mean your money is very secure as you can’t even access it yourself! Reviewed on: 12th January 2020

I have been with my bank for over 30 years. I have never had any problems with them. I have thought of changing banks to get 'rewards' but then can't really do with the hassle. However, I would like some rewards from my bank. Reviewed on: 30th December 2019
