No better choice

Customer service is always excellent. Never sat waiting on the end of a phone for long if we have to call. Most things can be done online & or via the app. Happy in the knowledge they are sensible lenders & wont let you over commit & always have plenty of options to consider. The flexibility of the product is good in terms of over payments, payment holidays etc. the only disappointing aspect is over payments can no longer be borrowed back in a lump some, which was a great feature on some of their previous products. First class customer service

I have had a mortgage with Nationwide for around 7 years, and wanted to remortgage. I was offered a good deal with another provider (via my employer) but I thought I would just double check what Nationwide could offer - and they bettered it. Brilliant service
