Repairs by there approved repairers

what a waist of time as I have had nothing but issues with the repairs, dlg autos waist of time. Please avoid! That's the company the recommended to me waist of time and privilege are the ones that recommended them. I brought a car for £18000 and in one year and a half, I have driven it for seven months its been back to them several times and privilege are not helpful at all. What a waist of time. Good but always read the small print

Privilege had a competitive price for the year. I had a car accident back in April of this year. Whilst the claim went through successfully. There were a few benefits, that I expected automatically with the cover, like other insurers which was not the case. An example of this was a courtesy car, which I found I was not entitled to on this occasion despite paying for this cover. My advice would be, when shopping around do not take it for granted that all insurers are the same. Read up and compare before you take out your cover. Whilst there were a few matters which had to be escalated, everything was resolved and I was satisfied with the service. Reviewed on: 1st September 2019

Great company, great prices

Privilege is genuinely the best insurance company that I have had. In the past I have had issues with other companies with regards to cancelled direct debits and unpaid bills due to errors on their end, by never had issues with Privilege. Good structure...could be better.

I had a car accident. Reporting the claim took a great deal of time, almost one hour. The call was thorough however there was a miscommunication concerning my entitlement to a courtesy car which caused some inconvenience and had a knock on effect, causing further miscommunication. A good effort was made, to put things right on part of privilege which I acknowledge. However at an already distressing time, the mishaps did exacerbate matters. Despite these issues I still would recommend Privilege as there were many areas which they got right first time . This included prompt collection of my vehicle, and delivery to the garage as it was unsafe to drive. Additionally dealing with the needs of the passengers in the vehicle. Thank you. I have chosen this insurance because it seemed the best option in terms of services and price. After one year the price went up and I asked why, the answer because my car is valuable. This makes sense? And they did not let me know in advance. Later I had an accident, it was not my fault, I took pictures and collected information from the other vehicle. Privilege did not pay any attention to my case that I had to pay my share and more the price went up because I was the one responsible for the accident. How do you think I feel, not being protected by the insurance company from which I have been paying £83 and now £115 plus £ 53 for canceling the insurance ... Reviewed on: 7th May 2019

Absolute Thieves....AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Absolute Thieves !!! We Made a claim in November in regards to a road accident and everything was going great for about a week. 6 weeks later in between lots of mucks ups eventually in December we were just about to receive our pay out for the claim when we receive a call from Privilege stating 3 of their own customer service and claims advisors had read their own policy wording wrong in regards to our claimand we had indeed been misinformed about our claim and they would no longer be paying the claim!!! We have had so many problems, spoken to so many different advisors none from the UK may i add and none of them know their jobs properly obviously. This company need struck off for false misinterpretations and advising customers wrongly. We purchased our new vehicle on Privileges advise that they would pay the claim so we are now thousands of pounds out of pocket because if the incompetent imbeciles. Avoid like the plague unless you want to pay insurance for no reason and not be paid out, its little wonder people hate insurance companies when you have companies like this treating their customers like this. Again everyone AVOID AVOID AVOID, they are an absolute joke and we will see how they like every bad review and bad publicity i can put there way as well as the financial Ombudsman !!!
