Good but always read the small print

Privilege had a competitive price for the year. I had a car accident back in April of this year. Whilst the claim went through successfully. There were a few benefits, that I expected automatically with the cover, like other insurers which was not the case. An example of this was a courtesy car, which I found I was not entitled to on this occasion despite paying for this cover.
