And now due to their misinformation, deceiving lies and untrue advise from their advisors they have cancelled my insurance after 10yrs+ and I been calling this company from September, I believe i called privilege mre than I call my own parents this pass 3months and they have not even try not even try to help in any way possible after all the years I have been with them. I requested it back and they said did I want to cancel so I said yes. They then cancelled my current insurance with six days to go and are going to charge me for cancellation fee. I was only discussing next years insurance with them. I am 78 and had great difficulty understanding their accent. Have been with them for a few years and had no claims. Never, never, never again.
