I was trading in my car and gave them the chance to insure my new car. But they wanted 3 times as much so I said forget it. As there was only a month left on my old insurance I couldn't get a refund but on the day I bought my new car privilege insured my old car for another year. It should have started when the old insurance ran out not a month early. After having new flashings installed the water ingress got worse and builders and roofers have said it is coming from the eaves in the roof. It is now in my kitchen as well as conservatory and damaged my walls. Privilege refuse to reopen the claim and just refer to the incompetent surveyors incorrect report.
