Poor customer service. Obviously not UK based as agent didn’t know what an MOT was. Difficult to understand South African? accent. Promises to resolve issue... Poor customer service. Recognition for existing customers to be improved

    I was with privilege insurance for over five years ,...

    I was with privilege insurance for over five years , then this year insurance increased by over £40 for home insurance previously it had increased...     Competitive quote.

    Privilege provided me with a competitive quote. It was reasonably easy to provide all the information they needed. I've not had to make a claim so can't comment on that.
