I requested it back and they said did I want to cancel so I said yes. They then cancelled my current insurance with six days to go and are going to charge me for cancellation fee. I was only discussing next years insurance with them. I am 78 and had great difficulty understanding their accent. Have been with them for a few years and had no claims. Never, never, never again.
