DO NOT BUY CAR INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.

When i called to make a claim with Privilege they didnt call me back after me chasing for 2 days. They told me i would have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to come and look at my vehicle!!!! When i was promised a call at 7am i called them at 9am, 10am and 4:30pm. But no one was able to help me as they on 'training' Ive never received a level of service like this. I am shocked. DO NOT BUY CAR INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute JOKE Reviewed on: 14th October 2016

good insurance but keeps going up!

i like this firm, they give me what i want at a price i am happy to pay, however it goes up year on year. i have been driving for 18 years, my partner for 21 years never had an accident, but in the last few years it seems to go up instead of down. so i probably will change next year :( Reviewed on: 8th October 2016

Friendly and helpful customer service

This was my first car insurance and Privilege made a very easy and simple process. I didnt have to claim (thank god) however i did have lots of question and any member of staff i spoke to over the phone helped a lot where ever they could. They made it a pleasant experience. I have no complaints and would recommend them. I did end up switching at the end of the policy however this was due to price as i found a cheaper deal. I would not mind going with privilege again!
