Disgusting and Judas of insurance

This is the most disgusting insurance company ever they are the judas of all insurance company, liars and unhelpful. So I been with this company since 2015 never owed them a penny always had my DD inorder from the day I started with them.. And now due to their misinformation, deceiving lies and untrue advise from their advisors they have cancelled my insurance after 10yrs+ and I been calling this company from September, I believe i called privilege mre than I call my own parents this pass 3months and they have not even try not even try to help in any way possible after all the years I have been with them. So please if you choosing them be careful and I won't recommend they to even my rat. Reviewed on: 10th December 2025

Dreadful insurance company

Discussed with south african handler re next years car insurance. They put it up so I said I would go elsewhere. They had already taken the money for next year. I requested it back and they said did I want to cancel so I said yes. They then cancelled my current insurance with six days to go and are going to charge me for cancellation fee. I was only discussing next years insurance with them. I am 78 and had great difficulty understanding their accent. Have been with them for a few years and had no claims. Never, never, never again. They are now gaslighting me stating that I said to cancel. All their fault but trying to make it my fault. Avoid. Reviewed on: 18th November 2025

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Obviously not UK based as agent didn’t know what an MOT was. Difficult to understand South African? accent. Promises to resolve issue were made and not followed up. A poor experience overall. Reviewed on: 1st August 2025

They are con artists. DO NOT USE!

They are con artists. Despite me giving all information they ask for the same thing again and again. Foreign HGV ran into me and 9 months later they have still not proved it and ate just going to roll over and give in, leaving me out of pocket. They do not care about customers or cost. They are liars and they steal your money don't allow...

They are liars and they steal your money don't allow them access to your bank details or they will reinsurer your car even after you've sold it. They don't ask just take the money and blame it on a comparison site. You don't use a comparison site to renew insurance with the same company. I was trading in my car and gave them the chance to insure my new car. But they wanted 3 times as much so I said forget it. As there was only a month left on my old insurance I couldn't get a refund but on the day I bought my new car privilege insured my old car for another year. It should have started when the old insurance ran out not a month early. They are liars and frauds and I'm going to drag them through the courts so they are ko longer allowed to deal with people's money. Reviewed on: 27th February 2024
