Great small business bank

Easy for us to set up when we were first starting out. Easy app to use, customer service is great Since using we have opened another for our CIC Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Fraud Alerts

I have had a number of clients have issues with making payments to my account due to main high street banks not recognising this bank as legit. I have been accused of things by clients whereas I like to take a complete professional approach which is difficult if clients think you are a fraudster! The best solution was a printed letter from the top but not enough to convince customers that this is legit. I won't be able to continue with this account if the problem does not stop. Otherwise I have found this bank easy, simple app, good customer service and great cash back deals! Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Great bank, app so easy
