Really easy process to apply with Zopa. All our communication happened online & via email, which is my preference. Their website includes a very clear break down of the repayment schedule, how much is fees, etc. I changed my repayment date to the best date for my finances, just by clicking in the relevant tab on the website. All this and by far the lowest APR from the many quotes I got! Definitely recommended. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Applied for a Zopa loan to refinance 2 existing loans which were with a high street bank. Zopa's process was quick, easy and the staff were very helpful and professional.
