Zopa is excellent

Four years ago I took out a consolidating loan with Zopa. It has continued to be the best choice I could have made. Low interest rates, and both the website and mobile app are secure, but also still user friendly!! I don't know why this last part is so hard for most financial companies! Any time I've got in touch they've been very responsive and efficient. I've been extremely happy with the service I've received, for the whole four years. Thanks, Zopa! Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Very easy to use

I really like both the overall score the site gives, and also the changes to your credit rating over time. I found a good loan to consolidate my debts with a much lower interest rate, thanks to the ClearScore site. I have also done some of the learning tasks/modules they offer for free on their site, to improve my understanding of financial processes. And it's all free! Definitely recommend it. Very easy process

Really easy process to apply with Zopa. All our communication happened online & via email, which is my preference. Their website includes a very clear break down of the repayment schedule, how much is fees, etc. I changed my repayment date to the best date for my finances, just by clicking in the relevant tab on the website. All this and by far the lowest APR from the many quotes I got! Definitely recommended. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
