AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Don't even try calling as you could be on hold for 2-3 hours (no joke). On today's call, after complaining that I'm on hold for 1h15 min Mr. Eton with provoking sarcasm and attitude asks me if that was the reason for my call, which added to my frustration and anger. My claim has been ongoing for over 6 months !!!!! Can you actually believe it? I am still having to chase this incompetent company to resolve my issue. Never ever again Esure. Avoid!

The only thing good with this company is how low the prices are! Only customer services numbers are 08 which are charged. Impossible To find the phone numbers for the flex! I have to call ensure wait on hold for them ask them to transfer me and the hold time is always over an hour! Someone crashed into our car in middle of night everyone else was payed out in under 2 weeks were currently nearly on month 3 without any information about our car. They give us 5 different courtesy cars nowhere near similar to our car! We have 2L bmw large for a wheelchair we’ve been give a fiat500. Wouldn’t go with company at all Reviewed on: 17th April 2023

Money hungry cheats, the worst insurer I've ever dealt with! Informed me they would recalculate my premium and refund me money after my claim is closed, but now they're saying this was misinformation and that the premium is correct, although they increased my premium by 110% and a manager confirmed my premium would be calculated for sure. And the claim, 3rd party insurer accepted full responsibility in December 2021, but the claim is still open one year and four months later and esure have provided zero update regarding the claim, not even one letter sent since claim was open. I don't even know my claim number. They have also taken their time to send information to the 3rd party, with the last information requested not sent yet, although it was requested two months ago. I've never written a review in my life, but was obliged to do so, as I've never experienced this kind of service in my life and wanted others to avoid going through the same thing. Do not waste your time or money

Terrible customer service. They showed no compassion or empathy whatsoever when I had my RTC. The call waiting times are dreadful and they were very slow to settle claims. I have been without a car for two months waiting for them to sort it out. They also don’t have a complaints department so I have been reduced to leaving bad reviews everywhere because they have not responded to my complaints and tried to resolve the issue. Good insurance

Had car insurance out with Esure and they are good, only thing is I had to call when it was my renewal ad there was no discount for another year, but once I called they sorted it all out and were very helpful. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Appauling!

I used to be with esure and found the customer service very poor and made the mistake of giving them a second chance and took out insurance with them again. What a mistake, 1hr wait time to try and make a small policy change. 25-minute wait to communicate via the online portal and if tried to make the change online via web page it doesn’t work. There service is shocking. I dread to think what would happen if you had to make a claim. In the end I decided cut my losses and cancel my policy and go elsewhere which cost a little more but at least I know I can contact them and that I am properly insured. Don’t believe me? Terrible

3 hours of going round in circles, being left on hold for 2 hours to just be cut off. All I want is to speak to somebody about my claim, you would think I was trying to get a phone call with the King. 3 hours wasted, absolutely no progress made and now I'm just done. Scammers

Hi, I would like to know why you went silent and didn't reply to my messages and phone calls?I am going to give you the last chance to pay me back what your client has done to my car and to my income.You know very well that your client Miss Fenella Lerona reg number Y9FEN has badly damaged my vehicle Toyota Corolla LR20GKK and I have been out of work since 1st of march. I have no income and my wife is about to give birth very soon. So I would like to inform you that if nobody calls me at the latest tomorrow I will first send a letter before claim through my solicitor and we are going to take legal action.You must act immediately as I am without any income and I need my loss of earnings to be deposited, my car repaired and a courtesy pco hire car in the meantime.I have passed all the details through this email address and after several attempts no one has replied.   Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023
