Had the misfortune to insure my vehicle with these scam artists, and then suffer a non fault claim when a third party hit me from behind when stationary. Over three weeks later my vehicle has been returned in a worse condition than when it went In for the remidal work and they've charged me £400 for the pleasure. As for phone calls I've spent 19.5 hours on phone trying to sort this. Time to start billing them and see them in court Reviewed on: 26th April 2023
