Terrible

3 hours of going round in circles, being left on hold for 2 hours to just be cut off. All I want is to speak to somebody about my claim, you would think I was trying to get a phone call with the King. 3 hours wasted, absolutely no progress made and now I'm just done. Can't even get through to somebody on their online chat?! Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
