Appauling!

I used to be with esure and found the customer service very poor and made the mistake of giving them a second chance and took out insurance with them again. What a mistake, 1hr wait time to try and make a small policy change. 25-minute wait to communicate via the online portal and if tried to make the change online via web page it doesn’t work. There service is shocking. I dread to think what would happen if you had to make a claim. In the end I decided cut my losses and cancel my policy and go elsewhere which cost a little more but at least I know I can contact them and that I am properly insured. Don’t believe me?
