Avoid, avoid and avoid

Money hungry cheats, the worst insurer I've ever dealt with! Informed me they would recalculate my premium and refund me money after my claim is closed, but now they're saying this was misinformation and that the premium is correct, although they increased my premium by 110% and a manager confirmed my premium would be calculated for sure. And the claim, 3rd party insurer accepted full responsibility in December 2021, but the claim is still open one year and four months later and esure have provided zero update regarding the claim, not even one letter sent since claim was open. I don't even know my claim number. They have also taken their time to send information to the 3rd party, with the last information requested not sent yet, although it was requested two months ago. I've never written a review in my life, but was obliged to do so, as I've never experienced this kind of service in my life and wanted others to avoid going through the same thing.
